INFORMATION ABOUT ARENDİ MAKİNE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

Arendi Makine takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a)Data Officer
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; It is collected and processed by Arendi Makine  (“COMPANY”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

b)Purposes for which Personal Data will be Processed
By the COMPANY, from its customers, employees, potential customers, prospective employees, official institution representatives and employees, business partners and suppliers; Identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, health information, performance information, transaction security information,
Special personal data and personal data (together referred to as “Personal Data”) are collected in the categories of legal transaction and compliance information and marketing sales information.
Your collected personal data;

-Taking your orders, making your payments, providing logistics cooperation with third parties and sending products, recommending products and services that may interest you, online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measuring and improving service quality, communication, optimization, auditing, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, interest identification, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, communication-To be used in comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, and all kinds of products and services that will be offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation regulating the works written in the COMPANY’s articles of association, which are the subject of your disclosure to the COMPANY,
-To comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services,
-In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies; Managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, legal operations carried out by the COMPANY.-It is processed for the purposes of examining, evaluating and responding to requests from official authorities or you.

c)To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your collected personal data; limited to and valid for the entirety of the fulfillment of the processing purposes specified in the section above);
-To the COMPANY’s business partners, shareholders, affiliates,
-To persons or organizations permitted by the Tax Procedure Law and Taxes Law, Social Security Institution legislation, Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Law and other relevant legislation,
-To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
-Foreign companies and subsidiaries,
-It is transferred to the real or legal persons from whom we receive services and cooperate in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and realization of the above-mentioned purposes, program partner institutions and organizations, institutions with which we have agreements to send the messages we send to our customers, and cargo companies that deliver the orders to you.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your Personal Data can be processed both by fully or partially automated means and by non-automatic methods that are part of the data recording system;
By you directly or by persons authorized to act on your behalf; Applications made through contracted websites, store and COMPANY head office personnel, institutions to which we provide/receive support services, real and/or legal persons with whom transactions are made within the scope of any legislation or contract, and direct automatic systems (our website and mobile application, call centers, our social media accounts) orally, in writing or electronically;
Specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law;

e)Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the answer given up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages.

If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In this context, personal data owners;
•Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
•Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
•Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
•Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
•Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
•Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons are eliminated and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
•Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
•In case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, securely. You can send it by using electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system. In applications, information will only be given about the applicant and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

In your application;
a) Your name, surname and signature if the application is written,
b)For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, T.R. your identification number, your nationality if you are a foreigner, your passport number or your identification number, if any,
c) Your residence or workplace address subject to notification,
d) Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,
d) Your request subject,

It is mandatory to have it, and if any, relevant information and documents must be added to the application.
Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that will allow identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the complete and qualified conduct of the research to be carried out by the COMPANY based on your request. In this case, the COMPANY declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent completely and containing the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

Our company records and uses the IP addresses of its members in order to identify system-related problems and to quickly resolve any problems or disputes that may arise regarding the service provided. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and gather broad demographic information.

Our company may use the requested information for direct marketing purposes by itself or its collaborators, beyond the purposes and scope specified in the Membership Agreement. Personal information may also be used to contact the user when necessary. Information requested by our company or information provided by the user or information regarding transactions made through our Store; It can be used by our company and its collaborators for various statistical evaluations, database creation and market research, without disclosing the identity of our members, outside the purposes and scope determined by the “Membership Agreement”.

CREDIT CARD SAFETY

Our company prioritizes the security of credit card holders who shop from our shopping sites. Your credit card information is not stored in any way our system.

When you enter the transaction process, there are two things you need to pay attention to in order to understand that you are on a secure site. MAIL ORDER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURITY

Your identity and credit card information that you send to us via credit card mail-order method will be kept by our company in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. This information is kept for 60 days against possible objections to withdrawals from the credit card and is then destroyed. If any amount is deducted from your card other than the fee on the mail-order form approved by you that you will send to us for the price of the products you ordered, you can naturally object to the bank and prevent the payment of this amount, so it does not pose a risk.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
